BTO Tour Operator Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between BTO Tour Operator (the operator) and you, the passenger. By booking, either through our website or by email, and making payment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the tour

If you decide to cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the tour’s start time, no penalty will be applied. In this case, the passenger can choose to reschedule the tour to a new date based on availability or receive a full refund.

2. Cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)

In the event of strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the tour from taking place, we will be flexible to reschedule the tour to a date most convenient for the passenger, subject to availability.

3. No show (No presentation at the meeting point)

If the client does not show up at the established meeting time and place, it will be considered a no-show, and they will lose 100% of the amount paid, with no right to a refund or rescheduling.

4. Force Majeure

Force majeure is considered to be any unforeseeable and unavoidable event beyond BTO Tour Operator’s control, such as war, civil unrest, health crises, natural disasters, and other similar circumstances. In these cases, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour.

5.Payments and Payment Methods

To confirm your reservation, full or partial payment is required. We accept payments via PayPal, We Travel (international), Yape, Plin, and bank transfers (for payments within Peru). Additional transaction fees or currency conversion charges are the passenger’s responsibility.

6. Customer responsibility during the tour

The passenger is responsible for their own conduct during the tour. In the event that they are unable to continue due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Furthermore, BTO is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, and the passenger accepts the possibility of experiencing rain, wind, snow, or fog during the tour.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, rescue, and air ambulance transfer, as well as cancellations and lost luggage.

8. Acceptance of cancellation policies and terms

By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the passenger agrees to all cancellation policies and terms set forth in this document, without exception.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

BTO Tour Operator reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All reservations will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of booking.
